This cheese sauce is the perfect to go recipe for nachos . Serve this along with your favourite brand of nachos along with some simple salsa made by combining chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander with a dash of lime .

Cheese sauce Recipe-
Ingredients :
1tbsp butter
1tbsp maida
1cup milk
Salt as per taste
1small cube of mozzarella cheese / cheddar cheese
Method :
In a pan melt some butter and add the maida . Make sure the maida is well incorporated with butter . After 2-3 minutes add milk little by little and whisk the same so that no lumps remain .Add pinch of salt .Then add grated cheese as per choice . Let the mixture thicken up and your cheese sauce is ready .
Serve hot with nachos along with some salsa !!!!!
