The recipe to make this easy and quick hummus and Falafel is as follows-
For the Hummus :
Ingredients -
1 cup boiled chickpeas
2 boiled beetroots
6- 7 cloves of garlic
1tbsp tahini paste OR 2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
2-3 tbsp olive oil or regular oil
1tsp pepper powder
Juice from 1 small lemon
Salt as per taste
Put all these ingredients in a mixer and grind it till it forms a smooth paste ...add water if needed .
For Falafel :
Ingredients -
1 &1/2 cup chickpeas soaked overnight
1 medium size chopped onion
Some Coriander
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Grind all the ingredients in a mixer and form a thick paste do not add water. Make round small balls out of it and deep fry .
