Red sauce pasta !!!



Pasta is generally a simple dish, but comes in many varieties due to its versatility. Pasta sauces vary in taste, color and texture. When choosing which type of pasta and sauce to serve together, there is a general rule regarding compatibility. Simple sauces like pesto are ideal for long and thin strands of pasta while tomato sauce combines well with thicker pastas. 

Ingredients :
1cup boiled pasta (shell /penne /macroni )
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 chopped Capsicum
8-9 cloves of garlic
5-6 chopped baby corn
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder (as per taste)
2 tbsp cream
2 tsp oregano
1/ 2 cup Grated cheese
Salt as per tatse
1 tsp oil
Method :

In a non stick pan saute baby corn and broccoli until it gets crispy and cooked and keep aside.
Now in a pan heat some oil and add garlic ,onions and wait till it cooks.
Then add tomatoes and capsicum and let it  cook completely.
Then add all the spices , cream , ketchup and let the sauce boil for 2 minutes .
Then add the pasta and grated cheese and cook for a minute or two.
Then in the end add the baby corn and broccoli and turn off the flame.
Pasta is ready !!!!
