Sounds interesting right . And yes it's very easy and simple to make as well. This can be called as taco version of our samosas by using the same ingredients which are required to make samosas but presenting in a different way. The recipe is as follows :
Makes 3 Tacos
INGREDIENTS :
For the stuffing
2 Boiled potatoes
2 Tablespoon boiled green peas
Salt as per taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4th teaspoon chili powder
1/4th teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4th teaspoon coriander powder
1/4th teaspoon jeera powder
1/4th teaspoon amchur powder
2 Tablespoon chopped coriander
Some tamarind chutney
1 chopped onion
A bowl of sev for garnish
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1 tablespoon oil
For the Tortilla
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon Rava
Oil for frying
Water
Method :
Mix Rava and flour with some water and make a tight dough just as we make for samosas and keep aside for 10 minutes
Then make small balls and roll out in circles and with a fork make some holes on it
Then fry this by giving a shape of Tortilla .

Meanwhile heat some oil in a pan and add Mustard seeds and all the spice's powder . Then add boiled vegetables and make the stuffing.
Now place this stuffing inside the fried Tortilla and then sprinkle some onions and drizzle with tamarind chutney and garnish with coriander leaves and Sev.
