Goli Bajji is a traditional manglorean snack .But in this recipe I have given this traditional snack a twist by adding healthy vegetables in it.The taste turns out to be yummy .You can even add some more finely chopped vegetables as well. So the recipe of Veggie Goli Bajji is as follows :
Ingredients:
1 small pack of curd
2tablespoon grated Beetroot
2tablespoon grated Carrot
2 green chillies chopped
3 tablespoon grated capsicum
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
3-4 curry leaves
1 cup maida
1/2 cup rice flour
2tsp Water (if required)
3tsp sugar
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
Method :
In a bowl take sugar ,baking soda,salt and add the curd
Next step is to add the vegetables
It looks as below
Now add the the remaining ingredients
The batter must be little thick and not flowy
Now pour the batter with a spoon in hot oil
Fry until it turns golden brown and crispy
Your veggie Goli Bajji is ready
Serve with tomato ketchup or dahi salad
