A very delicious Dosa made from healthy Bajra and Jowar with some minty aroma
This is a very healthy option for breakfast or for brunch.
Ingredients :
6 tablespoon Bajra flour
3 tablespoon Jowar flour
3 tablespoon Chickpea flour
2 tablespoon rice flour
4tablespoon mint leaves
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 +1 /2 teaspoon chili powder
salt as per taste
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Cup of Curd
Water as required
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon chopped capsicum (optional)
Method:
Grind mint ,chill ,garlic ,ginger into paste .Use 2tablespoon water
Next mix all the ingredients together as well as the paste use water as well.
Make the consistency equal to dosa batter
Keep this mixture to rest for 15 minutes
Now heat a dosa pan and spread some batter over it and drizzle some oil
As soon as the batter starts leaving sides turn the dosa .
Your healthy dosa is ready
