YUMMY CHEESY CORN BALLSπŸŒ½πŸŒ½πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹


A snack with commonly combined ingredients that is corn🌽 and cheeseπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹. But the twist here is the outer covering . Instead of using the cornflour and breadcrumb I have used her Rava/semolina and trust me it never soaks oil at all  .Do try this and let me know in the comment box below!!!!


The recipe is as follows-


Ingredients

 -
For the stuffing -

Boiled corn

Grated cheese
Boiled and smashed potatoes
Oregano
Chopped greenchillies
Chopped garlic
Salt


For the outer cover-

Bombay rava
Hot water
Salt


Method-

Mix the ingredients of the stuffing together.
Roast the rava for 2to 3 minutes and then add hot water  and salt and  keep the consistency such that once it cools down you can bind it
Flatten the rava covering on your palms and place the mixture and roll it out in the shape of a ball
Deep fry the balls and your cheese corn balls are ready...πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
